The Association of Estate Agents in Nigeria (AEAN) is a professional real estate association established to promote ethical estate agency practice, improve professional standards, and enhance the capacity of estate agents across Nigeria. It is an affiliate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and works to professionalize the estate agency sector through education, certification, and industry collaboration.

Membership

AEAN operates a single membership category known as Member of the Association of Estate Agents in Nigeria (MAEAN).

Prospective members are required to:

• Complete mandatory training.

• Pass an interview/assessment.

• Be inducted into the Association.

• Renew annual membership by completing required refresher courses and paying annual dues.
